- Provide Location Photos:All customer design requests must include real pictures of the location where the playground will be installed. These pictures are crucial for our designers to fully understand the space and create a design that fits perfectly.
- Wall Clearance Requirement:If you have designed your own floor layout, please note that there must be at least 18 inches (approximately 46 cm) of space from any walls around the playground area.
- EVA Soft Play Mats:EVA soft play mats will be included in the playground design for the playground area only (unless otherwise specified). If you would like additional EVA soft play mats in other areas of your location, please let us know.
- Standard Playground Heights: 1st Level: 1.3m – 2m 2nd Level and Above: 1.4m – 2m
If you require different heights than those listed above, please inform us in advance.
