LIMITED WARRANTY
In accordance with our published specifications, INDOOR PLAY FACTORY warrants to the original customer that the playground equipment will not suffer structural degradation under normal use or installation due to defects in materials or workmanship.
This warranty is valid for one (1) year following the completion of the playground installation, during which time the approved equipment must remain free from defects in materials and workmanship.
Throughout this one-year period, INDOOR PLAY FACTORY will provide service for the equipment, repair any damaged parts at no cost, and, if necessary, supply replacement parts for self-installation. However, the warranty does not cover the cost of freight or labor for removing and reinstalling repaired or replacement parts.
2 Year Warranty on Fiberglass and LLDPE Parts
INDOOR PLAY FACTORY provides a two-year warranty on components made from fiberglass and LLDPE (plastic), protecting against deterioration that renders them unsuitable for play. This warranty covers tunnels, swing seats, seesaws, watch towers, cubes, slides, panels, junction tubes, plastic houses, themed roofs, and other similar items.
2 Year Warranty on Metal Parts
INDOOR PLAY FACTORY offers a two-year warranty on metal parts, covering structural failure caused by material or workmanship defects. This includes all stainless steel hardware such as bolts, screws, nuts, and washers; galvanized steel pipes; and metal supports for shooting games (excluding guns, cannons, and ball blasters).
1 Year Warranty on Soft Play Products
Soft play products, including wooden parts or sponge items covered in soft PVC leather, are covered by a one-year warranty. This includes platforms, themed roofs and panels, cartoon boards for decoration, climbers, stairs, ball pit fences, bridge punching bags, flooring mats, slide cushions, soft seats, and various-shaped obstacles.
1 Year Warranty on Auxiliary Equipment
INDOOR PLAY FACTORY offers a one-year warranty on auxiliary equipment such as trampolines, safety nets, PVC pipes, webbing equipment, clamps, and nylon string.
The warranty not including plastic balls for ball pit.
SPARE PARTS：Customers who purchase any of INDOOR PLAY FACTORY’s turn-key playgrounds will receive a specified quantity of spare parts included with the playground. These replacement parts, provided as a free service, are intended to be sufficient for maintaining the playground for a period of one to three years. Customers can use these spare parts to replace any damaged or malfunctioning components. It is essential that all materials are handled and maintained with care. When installing and maintaining the playground and its spare parts, customers must follow our installation and maintenance guidelines carefully. Additionally, customers are responsible for securely storing any spare parts that are not in use.
WARRANTY TERMS：Please note that INDOOR PLAY FACTORY offers product warranties only to the original customers. The warranty will automatically become void if the playground or its equipment is sold, transferred, mortgaged, or given to a third party.This warranty does not cover cosmetic issues, normal wear and tear, or damage resulting from misuse or abuse. The warranty is valid only if the indoor playground is installed in accordance with INDOOR PLAY FACTORY’s installation guidelines and properly maintained according to the maintenance schedule provided by INDOOR PLAY FACTORY.
